(i) Educational qualification certificate.
(ii) Date of birth certificate.
(iii) Caste certificate where applicable.
(iv) Discharge certificate for Ex-serviceman or NOC.
(v) Details of Aadhar and PAN Card No.
(c) Self addressed envelope affixing postal stamp of Rs 25
