Age Limit: Candidates age should be as per the NCERT/ UGC/ Govt of India norms as on 25-12-2016.

 Qualification: Candidates should posses M.Ed/ MA for Sl No I, II Posts, Masters Degree, Ph.D for Sl No III, degree in pharmacy for Sl No III (43) & I (25) Posts, Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation for Sl No III (49), I (27) Posts with relevant experiences in relevant fields & refer notification for detailed educational qualification.

How to Apply: How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online from the website “www.ncert.nic.in” from 26-11-2016 from 11:00 AM to 25-12-2016 to 23:59 hrs (Extended to 10-01-2017) and send printout of completely filled-in online application containing the auto generated Unique Registration Number and self-attested copies of testimonial, service certificate by superscribing the envelope as “Name of the post applied, Advt. No. and URN No.” to Section Officer, Recruitment-I Section, Room No. 12, 5th Floor, Zakir Hussain Block, NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110016 on or before 10-01-2017 (Extended to 25-01-2017).

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying candidatures should have scanned copies of recent/ latest colour passport size photograph & signature.
2. Logon to the website “http://www.ncert.nic.in/”.
3. Select appropriate post & Click on “Apply Online”.
4. Click on “New Registration”, if you are a new user.
5. Fill all the details & click on “Register”.
6. Log in with registered “Email ID” & “Password”.
7. Fill all details like Qualifications, Experiences , Publications , Trainings, etc.
8. Upload scanned copies of Photograph and Signature.
9. Make Fee Payment through online.
10. Click on “Submit”.
11. Take print out of filled online application along with relevant documents and send to the above mentioned address.
