Central Railway, Hajipur has published a notification for the recruitment of Scout & Guide Quota vacancies for Head quarter and divisions of 2016-17. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application format on or before 29-08-2016 for normal areas & 12-09-2016 for remote areas. Name of the Posts: Scout & Guide Quota
1. PB-I Rs. 5200/- – 20200/- and Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-: 02 Posts
2. PB-I Rs. 5200/- – 20200/- and Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-: 10 Posts
Total No of Posts: 12
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-29 years for S.No-01, 18-32 years for S.No-02 as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST category, 3 years for OBC category & 10 years for Physically Challenged Persons.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed 12th with 50% marks from recognized board or its equivalent or higher education for S.No-01, 10th from recognized board or ITI or equivalent or higher education for S.No-02.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their neatly typed or handwritten either in Hindi or in English along with one recent passport size photograph in full Scout/ Guide uniform duly signed to be pasted on the application in prescribed format, fee, necessary proof for claiming fee refund, xerox copy of certificates attested by gazetted officer/ self attested in support of age, educational qualification, participation certificate, caste certificate & envelope containing the application with all enclosures should clearly be indicated “Application against Scout & Guide Quota”, “Employment Notice No. ” and “Grade Pay” on the top of the envelope to General Manager (Personnel), Recruitment Section, East Central Railway, Headquater Office, Hajipur, Distt:- Vaishali, Bihar, PIN-844101 by ordinary post on or before 29-08-2016 for normal areas & 12-09-2016 for remote areas.
